Laos

In Laos we visited only the capital Vientiane because Janine had to go to the American Embassy to get a new visa.
Vientiane looks more like a large village. It is, however, full of charm. It sits on the side of the Mekong river. French Colonial architecture mixes with gilded temples, and Freshly baked French bread is served next to shops selling noodle soup.
